After 30 years, the association's regular contact person, Jan Verberne, has resigned from his position as secretary. We are deeply indebted to him for the unbridled commitment he has always displayed!
His successor will be Edwin Hengelmolen, who has been a familiar face at the association for 25 years. He introduces himself to you:

Musical career starts in 1973. Started as a drummer with the Amsterdam Tramharmonie. On my 18th I was the first certified percussion instructor in Amsterdam. After that I conducted 2 music associations in Amsterdam: Ons Genoegen and Nico de Zwart.
Started playing the trombone when I was 17 and still enjoying it within Harmoniecorps Tuindorp and the Zaanse Bigband to this day. (For the fast mathematicians among us; so the trombone in my hands for over 45 years 😉)
I have been retired since June 1, 2021, so I thought there was time to strengthen the board.
Currently busy with the transfer of all kinds of secretarial matters.
