Privacy Statement

With the form below, you can indicate that you are going to Privacy Statement have read and agree with the content. This mainly states what personal data we store and why. However, we also want to know your opinion on the publication of photos and videos in which you are recognisably depicted.

Picture and sound
As an association, we would like to present ourselves to the outside world. The aim of this is to make ourselves known and thus attract the public and new members. We are using a Website, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Video recordings of large concerts are made and uploaded to YouTube. Facebook and Instagram are primarily used for announcements and recruitment. 

When placing personal data, such as your name, or photo or video on which you are recognizable, we will exercise the greatest care. When in doubt, we will always contact you first.

Incidental objection
Should you still object to the occasional placement of a specific photo or video, or publication of your name, despite having given your consent, you can indicate this via privacy@harmoniecorpstuindorp.nl. The relevant data will then be deleted or anonymised as soon as possible.

Possible consequences
If you object to the publication of photos or videos in which you are recognisable, this may mean that parts of them will need to be edited to make you unrecognisable. For example, blurring your face in a photo or in every segment of a video. It is good to realise that this can be a considerable amount of work. Therefore, make a conscious choice.

Below, we ask you to give permission in principle to place the personal details mentioned above.

For minor children, one of the parents gives permission. In that case, in addition to your own name, also state the name of the child/children.
